01 · What you get

Everything in the subscription, first month 90% off, price locked.

• Your first AI team member — for example the Records Clerk — live in your own Microsoft 365 within 30 days of your start date.
• Then one at a time, in the order your planning session sets, with a register you sign every month.
• Every action logged: what each AI team member did with client data, the procedures it captured, the corrections it learned.
• Nothing new goes live in your busy season unless you ask.
• Month to month, and the price stays locked for 12 months even if the list price rises.

02 · What it is not

The condition, in full, before you agree to it.

It is not a trial. The 90% applies to your first month only, on whichever plan you choose; from month two the monthly price is the list price, locked for 12 months. If the fit is wrong after the first month, you say so and nothing else is owed.

03 · What we get

That is the whole ask.

• A case study at day 60: the AI team members and the registers, with anything commercially sensitive redacted, published with your firm named or not — your choice at the time.
• A 15-minute feedback call each month. What worked, what did not, what you would change. We publish the numbers that matter to us from it, never your name without the case study’s say-so.
• No logo rights beyond the case study, no endorsement you have not approved, and no obligation to say anything positive.
